"What was your first car?"

My first post. First question to be answered "What was your first car?". Vox is either run by one or both of my parents or the luck I'm experiencing is incredibly coincidental. So, I'll just come out and say it.

I don't have my licence.

I'm nineteen years old and I don't have my licence. It's pathetic, I know. I have my learners, I can drive both a manual and automatic car very well, I could pass the test tomorrow. My parents went as far as buying me a car so I'd get my licence. But being me I did the most predictable and typical thing i could have done in this situation.

I sold the car.

I sold the car so I didn't have to go through the pain and suffering of actually sitting the test. You see, I have an unfounding fear of that one test. It gives me goosebumps even thinking about it. How awkward and embarrassing, how impossible and unimaginable.

Sorry mum, it's never going to happen. I'll just marry someone with their licence or the funds to back me up with my own personal chauffer. How pathetic. Thanks Vox.
